Still waiting for rain to contact me

Good day, My name is Pearl Mbhele, Id No. ***, I stopped using rain a more than 8 months ago due to financial issues and I would spend a around 2 weeks without connecting, I tried calling rain but could not get help, On Friday 06/09/2024 I received a message from rain claiming I owe them around R 10 000 ( Ten thousand rand), I'm shocked because I stopped due to financial difficulties so how can I pay R 10 000 for something I don't even have. Please help me. I'm still waiting for rain to contact me because the balance is still R10 000,
