Still waiting for my refund

When will I get my refund of R250 and R195.71 that you deducted from my account without authorisation.

I have sent multiple messages and logged a lot of tickets and I keep getting told it will be paid within 7-10 days but it's been over two weeks and still dololo, no feedback and no payment has been forthcoming.

I have also sent a previous complaint on Hello Peter, but still I've received no help. All I want is my ****en money, that's all! And I need you people to ****EN stop billing me as I''m no longer using your services and remove my ****EN bank details on my profile!
