Dear Rain. When are you coming to collect you router and give me my refund. What else do I need to do?

31 Jan 2022, 11:00Thank you. Millicent confirmed that the service was cancelled from 02 November 2021. I hope this is the last time someone will try to justify Rain taking money from my account on 25 December when the service had already been cancelled.
