Still waiting for my RAIN refund...
I posted a review of shoddy service by RAIN on 22 June - I was told I would get my refund in 7 to 10 days - It's been two weeks and there's still no sign of my refund. What do I have to do to get my money back for a service that wasn't never delivered!!!!!

Check my details - for heaven's sake - you have my address - you delivered - you collected - the router - but you can't make a refund. Kate Shand.
