Still waiting for June/July Refund...From Rain.

Good day to you Team. June or July 2024 I ordered rain data online 101 they delivered to me home,after I have called them to ask if they can check if my area can take this or not then they say Yes, did receive the toy, but did not work at all, I've try'd everyday then I decided to take it to work and see if it is going to work there then it show fine at work but did not work at home, I took it off, I called them to come pic it up ,and they did b'coz could not work in my home, then they were supposed to refund me since then till now been waiting till to day, can you pls assist me so that I can get my refund pls...
