Still waiting for connection still waiting for refunds

Last month I paid for my WiFi, WiFi was still off. Same day I paid again, still off. When o queried they told me the card o paid with os not the card registered on my account so it hasn’t cleared o need to pay using the same card. Requested a refund of those two payments they “opened a ticket” and I never got help. When i try call the consultants they so rude.

Fast forward to 31 December. No money no connection. Just last week I paid R625. Today my wife says check your account. When I spoke to them via their chat bot they said everything looks fine. Then they said o need to pay for 206 to get it back on. After desperation I paid. Still no connection. They opened two tickets that they “prioritised” no one reached out to me to sort this out I’m so done with rain
