Still waiting for a technician
I have been phoning in for 2 weeks now, have had to change my address twice and still no technician, I have never experienced such poor service before, I have been a rain client for over a year now and this is how clients are treated

20 Feb 2022, 19:56I had said that I am home from that time, however my husband will be at home from 15:00pm next week, it does not matter what time I requested a technician has still not contacted me to make the arrangements, the technician that was assigned to me wanted to come to my work address and not home address as per my profile, then he told me that he will have to send a ticket requesting the change after I had already advised Rain on the address the previous week
