Still waiting for a sim swap ... 1 week later ....
I contacted Rain last week Monday for a sim swap due as my phone was ******. I am still waiting for someone to contact me!! When I try to contact on the app I get the message 'You have a pending swap ticket. Please wait 24 hours our support team will get in touch'.
