Still waiting for a call back

I was promised a call back for a link to pay half of 619 on Monday and today is Sunday, I spoke to this lady on Wednesday or Thursday she also said she will find out what happened and never called me back, so what must I do cause the lady who called me on Monday I told her I didn't pay this month as I didn't have money and she said she will send me a link to pay half and they will reconnect me till today I'm still waiting i think her name was sandiswa
