Still waiting
Firstly well done on coming back asap on my complaint much appreciated,but was advised router will be delivered and details of delivery will be send yet no track number no sms or email stating router will be delivered nothing, and router was supposed to be here today. Can I have the tracking number and when will my new router arrive as I have advised I will be at home today, and was told it will be delivered I took your word therefore did not follow up as I was away now almost 3 weeks no wifi

23 May 2024, 16:53I am fully aware of the swop out and we scheduled a delivery already last week that is why I was expecting it today now another 3 to 5 working days which means again a whole week without wifi this is now really unacceptable.

27 May 2024, 10:41Not happy was supposed to be delivered today yet the courier company called stating they did not receive the router and will not be able to deliver after they have send a message this morning stating it will be delivered si now another 4 days without wifi this is really bad service a month without wifi

27 May 2024, 10:45Always one story on another I am studying online and this is costing me money and time as I have to buy data now,again I must wait another 4days as it will now only be delivered Thursday because you guys did not send the router to the courier company very irate
