Still the worst service ever no assistance from Rain

This is what you say every-time and im still waiting over a Month and a Half with no success every-time i get transferred to India for some messed up reason just shows you our Country struggles with unemployment but yet big companies like yourselves sources out your call center to India which is useless in it self then you want to promote how you give back to the community. What a joke

Im still experiencing the same problems the signal is stable but the WiFi on the router continuously disconnects and resets its self i have told you on the phone how many of times this is not network related but device (Router Related) so stop thinking it can be fixed with a network setting change it cant im still waiting for technical to call as they (You have tried multiple times to change network settings which is not the problem)
