Still terrible

2 weeks after my previous review and the Bedfordview tower is down again. I was promised a credit to my account which never happened. This tower spends more time offline than online. I want a refund for all the time this tower has been offline. Charging customers for a service when it's not provided is extremely dishonest business. Especially when customers have to buy mobile data to make up for the poor service. I regret the day I signed up with Rain.
