Still shocking servive from Rain

Rain rep**** to a query l had last week about transferring a payment from a closed account, to an active account. They could not do this, so asked for my banking details to refund the money. l am still waiting - 24 business hours later. Takealot process refunds within a day, and l am certain their billing deoartment is far busier than Rain is. Again, shocking service from Rain. They assure me that l can pay the outstanding amount on the active account as the refund will be processed. Do l believe them - hell no. *******.
