Still pethitic internet and getting worse each time...

I m not seeing a single review about the internet which is what you supposed to be proving, every evening around the same time, all I get is continuous buffering on all my devices, so I guess it's traffic, but how is that my problem, expand your infrastructure to accommodate all your clients , I have restarted and moved the router so many times, and don't blame me if it's battery slot stops working, let's hear your generic reply, I cannot wait....
