Still paying a account I do not own!
I lived with a lady that had some financial difficulty and offered to let the debit order of R595 go off on my account. She had since left but she refuses to take my debit card off her payment method. I phoned in and the people assured me that that they can take me off her account, as a gesture of good faith I even ordered a package of my own. I still keep getting debit orders trying to go off on my account for her and keep having to pay penalties. I am NOT going to pay 2 accounts and will reverse any further transactions that are not mine. It is worth noting that the lady who this account belongs to name is Annemarie Lombard and has a case of ***** and theft open against her. Her ID is ***

20 Mar 2025, 12:09Its MY account she is using, and I am telling you she is unauthorized to use my account to pay HER bills. You people keep trying to deduct money from my account without my authorization. So I think I will cancel my account with you people as I took out a package in good faith AFTER your people said they can assist in removing my banking details from her profile. SO what now? You suckered me into buying a package on a false promise? Expect my cancellation soon.

You have at your finger tips the means to remove my account details from her profile and change hers back to cash payments and remove my debit card off her profile. She has no right now to use my money and the next deduction I receive better be for my own package. You can see on my profile that the same cards are in use and you CAN take her off as she has no right to my finances anymore. The next deduction I get I will take legal action as then you are deducting my diabetes medication budget. REMOVE MY DETAILS OFF HER ACCOUNT!

If its details you want you can ask ME for it, she is the account holder in terms of the router, but she is using my debit card to pay it. We are not together anymore so I need MY card taken off her account as she is refusing to.
