Still offline after 5 days, no updates or support from Rain.

I am extremely disappointed with Rain’s service. Our connection went offline on Monday, 25th August, and as of today—Saturday, five days later—we are still offline. Despite reaching out to the support team multiple times, the only response we receive is that “someone will contact you within 24 hours.” Yet, no one has contacted us, nor have we received any email explaining the issue or providing a resolution timeline.

This level of service is unacceptable. My business has been severely disrupted, and I genuinely do not know how I will recover from the losses caused by this prolonged downtime.

It is not in my nature to publicly call out service providers over minor inconveniences, but in this case, I felt I had no choice but to come to HelloPeter. I honestly do not know what else to do.
