Still not working as support fails to contact me and assist me after being told by Fatima this will be done

And here i am putting my 3rd bad review on service up on Hellopeter.

Even with support emailing me 2 days ago it just went dead again.

My request (***) has been running now for 2 weeks.

Muriel Mano (rain CeC) was assisting me by just telling me my rica link has expired. And i must be really stupod not to read the message the previous link opened up

So on Jul 1, 2020, 4:46 PM GMT+2 i was emailed again by him tellong me this.

Kindly load the temporary Identity document onto the rica platform and please note that if it has expired you cannot use it for Rica.

Once that is done please email me for further assistance.

I have done so and now waiting once more to just f###ing rica the simcard that i already made a payment towards and still id does not f###ing work.

Dont tell me once more sorry for the inconvenience and someone from support will get in contact with me cause that is a very big lie you telling. So please you have my details get my sim rica finalized and let me be a happy customer.
