Still not satisfied
After another 10 working day, I'm still waiting for my refund. After a total of almost 4 months to be precise. Received a call from Linray Samuels on the 20th of July and banking details were provided to him. He promised I will get my refund between 7to 10 working days. I'm still waiting.

04 Aug 2023, 13:20The refund processed on the 3rd was to the wrong account and it was still not the amount I'm owed. Linsay Samuels called on the 20th, we spoke and I gave him my acc unt details and he confirmed that 7 to 10 working days I will have my full refund. Check your call records. Please note I am not willing to wait another non existing 10 working days again

05 Aug 2023, 19:04Do not lie, the 265 refund is not my full refund. There's a lot more outstanding. You guys are ***********. Everytime an agent calls, they tell me different stories, I keep having to explain myself. I want my full refund back.
