Still not refunded

So, this is my second review for Rain and I am still of the opinion that they are a poor service provider. Shortly after writing my initial review, I was contacted by Rain agents regarding the reimbur*****t of my initial payment. It seemed hopeful at first, but I still have not received the refund that I was promised. I have even gone back on bank statements to make sure that I was not delusional and missed it. But there is no evidence of a refund on my account. Perhaps it seems petty and the amount may seem insignificant, but it is about the principle and I'm utterly appalled by the way this is being handled. I'm not one to complain. The last email I received from them stated that the transaction cannot be reverse to my card and bank details were requested for. I rep**** and have followed up on twice with Lucas and Arnold. To anyone reading this, I would not recommend using Rain. If Arnold Xaba and Lucas Manthata are reading this, you were my last point of contact and I cannot experience how disappointed I am.
