Still no Simcard received! Its been 3 weeks!

I ordered and paid for my sim on 31 July 2020, I was advised that delivery will be in the next 5 business days. TO DATE NOTHING, I have sent email after email! This is ridiculous really! And as far a I can see I am not the only one with this problem, what is going on with Rain - your service is up to **** honestly. For a brand new customer that signed up and this is what I get!

I eventually received my sim yesterday, but I cannot connect at ALL - keep getting NO SERVICE, I have been emailing the support centre but with no help from them.
