STILL NO RESPONSE FROM RAIN AND MOSA HAS MY EMAIL ADDRESS

I have posted a comment on here on Friday 04/12/2020 and I still haven't received anything more than a message from Mosa asking for my Email address. I am pretty sure I will get another one under this.

To recap, I am trying to upgrade to 5G but I still do not have the answer to my one question before doing the upgrade.
