Still no refund even after collecting their router.

I've read a lot of unhappy reviews about Rain,I must say this is the worst service provider I've ever had. It's almost two weeks now waiting for my refund all they have to do is to ghost me. On the 14th May I received a call from Mahumad he told me I will get my refund after they have collected their router,on the 19th they collected it but still they are refusing to refund me. Rain it's a **** and they have proved that to many customers it needs to be reported since they can't help their customers. They always tell you they have escalated the matter I'm even tired of hearing that.
