Still no refund. Do not trust Rain.

And yet another month passes and still no refund on cancelled service. I thought perhaps when someone eventually phoned me that there might be progress. Ha ha... took me for a fool. This is beyond appalling. It's bordering on theft. I spend my days telling everyone I come in contact with just how useless Rain is.
