Still no refund!

I have to resort to this platform as I am still waiting for my refund from this company. Last week I was asked for my banking details so it could be done, but still nothing. I contact them every day through my account which is still active. All I am asking is to have my money refunded. You have had it for weeks while I have had no internet, so it’s only fair. I was also told that I would be advised when it would be done. Nothing!! At this point I would discourage anyone from getting Rain products.
