Still no refund!!!!!

I have no choice but to write here again, as I am still waiting for my refund from Rain after having returned the router, after there was no coverage!! I paid R499 in advance, and they have asked for my banking details three times, yet there is still no refund. This is so unbelievable. I have sent them messages every single day for over a month. I need the money, and they just won't refund it. Please, anyone thinking of using this company, please don't. Now they have started invoicing me as well, and my account is still open though I've never had internet from them. I only ever get a response when I write on Hello Peter, promising to pay, but then nothing happens. This has been going on for over a month now.
