Still no Rain 5G in Polokwane, 2nd time made a fool of

I must be a fool because I am returning to complain about Rain 5G again. I cancelled my 5G plan just a few ago and a customer agent convinced me to purchase 5G again as there are now more towers near my address and I will have Internet connectivity. Its now been just under 5 days since I received their router and 5G sim, and lo and behold, still no signal and internet service, meaning I will be paying them again, 2 months running with no actual service provided. I send a request on their website to cancel the service and have not received any feedback from them. I have never experienced such bad and inconsiderate service EVER. I want this service cancelled ASAP. When i try and order the 4G plan online, the site pops up a message that 4G is not available for my area, what kind of nonsense is this mara he RAIN
