STILL NO JOY WITH RAIN !!!

This is the most appalling service I ever received and I work in customer service and am utterly disgusted by the value you give to clients , now its 2 weeks im waiting for a replacement sim , I laid a complaint last week Thursday with just an email thereafter saying I should give my details for the sim to be delivered, I responded on Friday morning till date no feedback acknowledgement nothing!!!! I kept sending follow up mails to Phefo but still no luck , Hellopeter then asked for my review , at that time giving rain the benefit of the doubt that it is being sorted I rated them well BUT I take it back because here I am 2 weeks later suffering and still trying to get the sim , if you really don't need my business rather let me know so I can rather find another service provider that will value their clients because this service is pathetic!!!
