Still no internet

I cannot begin to describe how terrible Rain's customer service are. I've tried calling them but after numerous attempts failed. They just don't pick up. Wasting countless amounts of airtime with no luck. I'm still having problems with my 5G internet. They have told me it was resolved. Was working great for 3 days then I was back to square 1 with no internet. I can't believe that I have to struggle immensely to get hold of this company.
