STILL NO FEEDBACK

I logged a complaint on Monday, the last communication I received was on the same day asking for my bank statement and I was told I will receive feedback in 48 hrs. Till this day am the one wasting my airtime calling you asking for Feedback? why it is so difficult for Rain to call me and explain to me what is happening on my account? or maybe you said 48 days and am the one who doesn't understand the difference between 48 hrs and 48 days?
