Still no delivery

I ordered the Rain 5G on the 29th of November and still no delivery yet, when I trace on the wbsite it states as Queued for delivery. The frustrating part is that there is no communication from Rain. When I contact Support I was informed that delivery will be made on Friday, on Friday called I was told Saturday, then I called I was told Monday.With all the bad reviews I gave the company a benefit of the doubt but now i'm experiecing it at first hand.

That's what I was also told by the support agents when I called, but still no progress on my query or delievery. What is different this time. Please provide more info eg. TAT
