Still No Communication and Reimbur*****t

I still haven't gotten any communication via call/text or email on how you're going to rreimburse me for not having WiFi access for more than 20 days in September.

You only delivered me a new one n told me to call as soon as it arrives so you can reimburse me for them but haven't answees your calls ever since till the month ended.

But you're quick to say I must pay for September. Something I hardly even used? Where is my reimbur*****t? Lets start there.

I'm irritated, appalled and had enough with Rain now.
