Still No Activation after receiving my router

Wow, I'm very disappointed. I have received my rain order on 4 days ago and yet on my order it's still shows Awaiting Delivery, I have been calling and calling to get my router activated till today there's still no luck! This is horrible, after so many support tickets yet still no one seems to be bothered they don't care about anything.
