Still haven't received My requested sim card

Hi, I requested that rain provide me with a new sim card. They said they will deliver it withing 3 to 5 days and I also mentioned that I don't have proof of residence and I lost My ID. The agent then said I should go to SAPS to make an avidavit to proof that I don't have those currently. Furthermore they didn't provide the courier company with those details. Now I'm going to waith
