Still have not heard back from Rain ... they couldn't find my active router on their system 31 Mar 2026 at 09:33 Used Chat Bot and Phoned a few times Used Chat Bot and Phoned a few times. Logged two calls. No one calls back. They just say call was escalated. On one call, a lady called me back to check something, then I never heard from them again. The service seems to suck.
