Still deducting money after closing account.

I cancelled the service almost two months ago due to very week signal and they are still deducting money! Impossible to communicate properly to their call centre based in India. Very poor service.

Yes, 21 Hofmeyer is fine. Your Indian call center agent told me the service was cancelled. Why did you charge me again?

I cancelled the service twice via your call center. Every time I get promised that the service is cancelled. Your call center agents are blatantly lying every time. Absolutely unacceptable service.
