Still charging my account

Rain has collected my router, cancelled my services but is still charging me money for services I don't use and that are cancelled.

Called my bank about the money rain keeps taking and they told me that all they can do is cancel my card... Rain needs to refund me and remove my card from their system?? So why has it not been done yet?
