Still being charged despite cancelling. Customer Service won't assist.

Rain is still debiting my account, even after cancelling and not using the service!

Cancelled my rain in March 2021, still being charged to this day. I cancel the service on the app and when I log in again it is magically reactivated. SIM card has been destroyed and there has been no usage since march, but I still get charged. When I ask their customer service they are happy to cancel it for next month but insist I keep paying for months I have not used, and the whole month of June.

Stay very far away from rain, Find a way to use a gift card that you can cancel because rain will keep charging you until they extract every rand out of you.
