Still being Billed Although Service Cancelled

Works, and was really handy while travelling. However, after cancelling my sim and service I am still being billed and money is still coming off of my card. Cancellation of the collection is not clear or easy anywhere on the "manage my Rain" or Support pages. Support email address is not longer in use, yet it is listed on all invoices.
