Still awaiting refund - pathetic services
I am still waiting for my refund. Lester promised to sort out. It doesn't take this long to do a refund. To quick to take money out never quick to give back. If the money is not back in my account my close of business tomorrow I'm heading to the ombudsman. You have breached my contract so I have a right to cancel without notice you will never be able to take money out of my account again.

I'm off to the ombudsman on Monday and I'm cancelling your services as you have breached your contract. Whatever the client wants does not matter to you. You definitely will not see another cent from mr again.
