Still awaiting for my Order!!!!!

I purchased the 5G with router online and paid the pro rata amount on the 4th of January 2023 and the useless couriers CCD Couriers which I will also review said that they tried to call me which they did not however sent me an email to schedule an delivery date and convenient time which I did and I waited on that day at home to no avail they did not call or apologize or update me so now my schedule a day wasted at home and I sent another email complaint to Rain no response besides the automated one that gives you a reference number to say they received your message, again did the whole process of rescheduling the delivery date again with CCD Couriers waited again no phone call no delivery no nothing sat like a clown again at home so now its the 26th of January and still have not received the package I ordered Christmas will come again sooner than my order truly terrible service delivery.
