Still awaiting CREDIT NOTE to reflect 3 months later ????

After months of promising a credit a consultant said 3 x credit notes for R400 over charge in 2023 was passed in February 2024. However this has not reflected in my account nor my monthly charge. Repeated attempts to seek resolution on the RAIN app using their ticketing system only results in an email promising follow up - sadly this is just an automated system response with no actual intervention ....
