Still an unhappy customer

Disappointing ,worst service ever ....just pathetic and incompitent. They tried to deduct from my account again it's either they are really good ******** or they have no idea of what the hell they are doing or what customer service is..I have tried to cancel my contract Wich I havnt been using since last year BT amazing they still tried to deduct even today I guess IL HV to chance my bank account now .... Wow!!!.
