We stopped using rains router for over 4 months now and gave been communicating with that about our refund and that the double charged us, we asked to cancel the service and get a refund and one of their consultants promised us a refund (we have proof of this conversation cause we recorded it). We have been calling almost everyday to get our refund and everytime we are told someone from billing will call us but never do. You guys are *****sters.
