what a rude consultant i got this morning @ rain call center who even dropped the call without checking if i am done . I have not been paying for the router last payment was in January. In February 20th I didn't make payment , router worked for 5 days then went off , so we decided to switch it off as it was not working, then i decided to make payment on 21st of this month to my surprise they deducted R1500 and few rand , now all of a sudden i am told it's not a month on month subscription , it is a contract i am liable whether it is on or off , switched off by them for full amount
