Steeling money after cancellation in October.
Good day
Mr Juan Prinsloo has cancelled our rain in October 2024 ever since you have deducted his bank account even today 01/02/2025
Yesterday one of your consultants contacted Mr Prinsloo claiming he can see it has been cancelled and money will be returned today another consultant claims that there is *****
We are having huge financial implications because of Rain even our statements are showing amounts that you are deducting
So we demand for our money to be paid back asap or we are going legally.

So rain call you and can see all the deductions on your account but still nothing is been done to refund the money. They said they will call back 3/02/2025 but nothing. I've called cart blanche so now it will go on TV.
