*****ing my money and not canceling my account after numerous requests

Lack of service when trying to cancel my account within 7 days of signing up. They are quick to say you can cancel anytime, but then when you request to cancel since the 5G service is inadequate, they are nowhere in sight. They also take money from your account without a debit order, meaning you cannot request your bank to reverse the amount when they take money from your account after you’ve cancelled. Be very weary before signing up with rain, you will have endless problems!
