*****ing my money

So, after being promised 500mbs speeds,got the unit,could not achieve said speed only abou 13 to 20mbs. Long story short, I demanded my money back but they wanted the unit first. I was reluctant to give it back because I knew that they will do nothing once unit was received. Eventually after they phoned again and said my refund was approved and that they only need the unit, I agreed to give it back. They said it would take 2-3 business days to get my money back. 2 PKUS WEEKS LATER!!!!!!!! NOTHING!! PATHETIC!
