*****ing money

My unit was taken back around the 17th of September. When they sold the unit,they promised speeds of 500mb/s and more since we are in a "Prime" location. Got the unit,never came CLOSE to the speeds actually VERY POOR SPEED,i cancelled and held on to the unit because i knew they will not refund me if they get it back. After they mailed me and called me PROMISING ME that my regund is already approved and once they receive the unit, will take max 3 days to get my money, they STILL have NOT paid my R999 back.
