*****ing money!!!!

I get a message in November saying they are upgrading me FREE OF CHARGE for the next 3 months and if I am happy with the upgrade when they call me in March then they will leave me on that upgrade and I’ll pay that amount! I am now being charged for the upgraded amount AGAINST MY CONSENT!!! I DO NOT WANT THIS, MY PACKAGE WAS FINE!!!! STOP *****ING MY MONEY FOR SOMETHING I DIDNT ASK FOR! I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS AND NO ONE BOTHERS TO EVEN BE DECENT ENOUGH TO REPLY!!! I will lay a case of theft against you people because this is not what my contract is for!!!
