*****ing from pensioner

I AM SO MAD AT RAIN! I am an oldage pensioner and out of the goodness of my heart I helped a friend pay her RAIN last month! This month they had the ordacity to just "***** R699.00 from me." I did not sign anything giving permission for anyone to take my money. I desperately need my money and no-one even bothers to attempt to help me. They are fast to take my money but will not give it back! How am i supposed to survive? RAIN YOU PEOPLE ARE RUTHLESS ,HEARTLESS "*******" in my eyes!
